This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and sell personal information through caliberleadgroup.com, our landing pages, forms, and any related properties (collectively, the "Sites").

Please read Section 4 carefully. Our business model involves transferring your information to third-party businesses. If you do not want your information shared in this way, do not submit it.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us directly. When you complete a form, intake quiz, or booking page, we may collect: name; email address; telephone number; postal code, city, or general location; responses to qualification questions, which may include information about the products or services you are interested in, your circumstances, and your preferences; and any other information you choose to provide.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Sites we may collect IP address, device and browser type, operating system, referring URL, pages viewed, time on page, and similar analytics data through cookies, pixels, and comparable technologies, including tools provided by third parties such as advertising and analytics platforms.

Consent records. Where you provide consent to be contacted, we retain a record of that consent, which may include the exact disclosure text shown to you, the URL, a timestamp, and technical identifiers associated with your submission. We retain these records to demonstrate compliance with applicable law.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to determine whether you match the criteria of businesses we work with; transfer your information to those businesses so they may contact you; contact you ourselves regarding your inquiry; verify the accuracy of contact information you provide; operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Sites; measure and optimize our advertising; and comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms.

4. How we share and sell information

This is the core of our business, and we want it stated plainly.

When you submit your information through our Sites, we transfer that information to one or more third-party businesses ("Partner Businesses") so that they may contact you about their products or services. This transfer is made in exchange for payment. Under certain state privacy laws, including the California Consumer Privacy Act, this constitutes a "sale" and/or "sharing" of personal information.

Once your information is transferred to a Partner Business, that business becomes an independent controller of your information. We do not control how a Partner Business uses, retains, or further discloses your information. Their handling of your information is governed by their own privacy policies, not this one. You should review their policies and direct requests about their use of your data to them.

We also share information with service providers who support our operations, including hosting, CRM, analytics, telephony, email delivery, and consent-verification vendors; advertising platforms, for measurement and audience purposes; legal recipients, where required by law, subpoena, or court order, or to protect our rights, safety, or property; and acquirers, in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell information to third parties other than as described in this section.

5. Consent to be contacted

By submitting your information through our Sites, and where you have checked the applicable consent box, you agree that Caliber Lead Group and the Partner Businesses to whom your information is transferred may contact you at the telephone number and email address you provide, including by telephone call, by text message (SMS/MMS), by email, and using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice.

Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

You may revoke consent at any time. Reply STOP to any text message, use the unsubscribe link in any email, tell any caller to stop contacting you, or email us at [email protected]. Revoking consent with us does not automatically revoke consent you have given to a Partner Business — you must contact them directly, though we will pass along revocation requests we receive where we are able to do so.

6. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to know what personal information we have collected about you, the categories of sources, the purposes, and the categories of third parties to whom we disclosed or sold it; access a copy of your personal information; delete your personal information, subject to legal exceptions; correct inaccurate personal information; opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information; opt out of targeted advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; be free from discrimination for exercising any of these rights; and appeal a denial of a request, where your state provides for appeal.

To exercise any right, email [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request." We will verify your identity before responding, and will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.

Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information. To opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email [email protected] with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." We also honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals where technically feasible.

Authorized agents may submit requests on your behalf with proof of authorization.

7. Sensitive information

Some of our forms may ask questions relating to your health, wellness, or medical interests in order to determine whether a Partner Business is a suitable match for you.

You are never required to answer these questions. If you do, that information will be transferred to Partner Businesses along with the rest of your submission, as described in Section 4.

If you reside in a state with specific consumer health data protections, you have additional rights regarding this information, including the right to withdraw consent and the right to have such data deleted. Email [email protected] to exercise those rights.

We are not a healthcare provider, and we do not provide medical advice. We are not a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and support advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings, though disabling them may affect how the Sites function. We may work with third-party advertising partners, including Meta and Google, who may set their own cookies and receive information about your interactions with our Sites.

9. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, including retaining consent records for the period required to demonstrate compliance with applicable law. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children

The Sites are not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn we have collected such information, we will delete it. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact [email protected].

The Sites may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
